  1. The PADZ rooms are accommodation for up to a maximum of TWO adults aged 18+ only.

  2. Check-in time is 14:00 and Check-Out time is 12:00. We can store bags if you arrive early.

  3. We reserve the right to remove any guests causing a nuisance to other guests of The Padz or damage to our property.

  4. Deposits are taken for all bookings. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. We may choose to offer a credit towards a future booking subject to the approval of our management team. However, this is not guaranteed.

  5. Changes to bookings will incur a charge plus additional fees if our rates are higher on the new chosen dates. Changes made are charged at £5.00 each and added to your booking total. This total is payable on check-in.

  6. Bookings can not be made for reservations over 12 months in advance.
    Reservations booked more than 12 months in advance will automatically be canceled and refunded.

  7. We offer a strict no pets policy.

  8. Smoking is not permitted inside the building or rooms.
    There is a £100 smoking charge payable to the venue if you cause any damage or are found to be smoking inside our rooms or building.

  9. Walk-in reservations are charged at a higher rate than booking directly online.

  10. We can only offer discounts online. Where a code is given for credit or room discount rates it must be used online and is not valid for walk-in reservations. We do NOT re-issue codes so please keep them safe.

Extra Options:

  1. Sauna entry is NOT included in your reservation and can be added as an extra.

  2. ID will be required from anyone staying in your room wishing to use the sauna facilities. Our sauna operates a challenge 25 policy.

  3. Charges for booking changes such as reduction of dates or moving to new dates are charged at £5 per change plus the difference in room rate on the selected dates and is fully payable on check-in. 


Any cancellations will be subject to a FULL charge of the first night's stay, which is pre-paid at the time of booking. No additional charges for cancellations will be taken after this fee or in the event of a cancellation. Changes requested to non-Flexi booking reservations are charged.

Covid-19 Reservations:
Reservation deposits for bookings will not be refunded due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak should visitors not be able to travel during this period. We also advise visitors that are traveling during this period to seek adequate travel Insurance to cover costs of cancellation should this be needed. The same cancellation rules apply during this period.

If you have any queries about your reservation please do get in touch providing your booking reference, stay date, and full name by replying to your booking confirmation EMail. For data protection, the message must be sent to us via your original email used to create the booking.
